Position Document by Sikh Leader Bhai Daljit Singh sets ground for discussion about future course of struggle [English version]

Amritsar: Sikh leader Bhai Daljeet Singh Bittu had released a ‘position document’ on 6 June, 2015 at Amritsar. This document presents a review of previous phases of Sikh struggle for freedom and sets the ground for discussion on our future course of action. In 2015 the document was published by Bhai Mandhir Singh, who has now published the English version of this document.

“This document was originally published in Punjabi on 7 June, 2015. This translated version of the document was released on 23 February, 2017. This version was adapted as per requirements of the translation and it was also modified as per suggestions made after the release of the original document”, reads a footnote added to the English version of the document that was released on Saturday (March 04, 2017).

Releasing the document titled as: “Before we begin to move forward… A VIEW, A PERSPECTIVE“, Bhai Mandhir Singh said: “We have put forward our view before the Panth through this document and the motive is to have a thorough review, analysis and discussion so that a common course of action for the future can be decided upon”.
