Ludhiana: As per media reports activists of some Hindu outfits tried to impose bandh (shutdown) in a local market in the city but the move was imposed by shopkeepers. This led to heated exchange between Hindutva activists and shopkeepers.
A report on the website of Daily Ajit, a Punjabi vernacular, notes that the police interference averted the clash and took away Hindutva activists.
