Punjabi Singer Parmish Verma Shot At in Mohali; Admitted to Fortis Hospital

SAS Nagar: A Punjabi singer Parmish Verma was shot at by some unidentified persons in sector 91 in Mohali on late Friday night. Parmish Verma reportedly sustained a gunshot in his thigh. He was admitted to Fortis hospital where his condition is said to be stable.
Media reports say that one Dilpreet Singh Dhahan has claimed the responsibility on his Facebook page that he shot Parmish Verma.

Police initiated investigation after registering a case of attempt to murder against unidentified persons at industrial area police post.
Mohali SSP Kuldeep Singh Chahal reportedly said that they are investigating the matter and scrutinising the CCTV footage. “Cyber experts of the district police are trying to find the from where the post was uploaded and whether it is authentic or it was an attempt to distract the police investigation,” he reportedly added.
