Chandigarh: Addressing a controversial event on Delhi on Wednesday (Oct. 25) the Hindutva outfit Rastriya Swayamswak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat made many misleading references to Sikh Guru Sahiban. The event was held Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, an offshoot of the RSS that was declared as ‘anti-Panthic’ outfit by Akal Takht Sahib in 2004 at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi under the guise of marking 350th Parkash Gurpurab of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. RSS chief repeated misleading and totally incorrect propaganda of the Hindutva forces about deity worshipping by Sikh Guru Sahiban.
Journalist turned politician and noted Sikh activist S. Jarnail Singh took strong notice of misleading rhetoric by Hindutva leader. S. Jarnail Singh, in a video message, condemned Mohan Bhagwat and rebutted his mischievous statement with authentic references from Gurbani and Sikh texts.
