Referring to the 26 years of delay in forming the commission to investigate the genocidal attacks of November 1984 in Haryana, AISSF President Karnail Singh Peermohammad announced that since commission has not taken any step during last one year, Federation and victims will go on indefinite hunger strike to highlight the continued denial of Justice to Hondh victims.

FIR No. 91 dated November 03, 1984 has clearly given names of the accused who are responsible for the killing of Sikhs at Hondh, “Why Garg Commission has not issued arrest warrant of those” questioned Peermohammad. “Wearing out witnesses and victims strategy followed by Garg Commission is same what previous Commissions have used” added Peermohammad.
