Sukhbir Badal- to be arrested in Canada, under Citizen’s arrest act- as Bush- plans Sikhs seeking Justice

Toronto, Canada (August 09, 2013): According to a press release (dated: August 08, 2013) by Sikhs seeking Justice (SSJ), that has been published by ‘Daily Political’ and ‘Watch List News’: “Canadian laws on Citizen’s arrest and Self Defence act, landed President George Bush, case in Calgary courts in March 2010, under the “Nuremberg principles”, which state “Any person who commits an act which constitutes torture on human Rights is responsible, therefore liable to punishment, the fact that local internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed or associated with the act from responsibility under international law, where a moral choice was in fact possible to him, to avoid such acts, which is supported by Canada, under UNITED NATIONS UNHCR acts, New York”.

According to the press release: “Sikhs for Justice filed a Human Rights case against Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal, which has listed Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, as a defendant, even offering $ 20,000 award for serving the Punjab Chief Minister, who cancelled his visit to USA, in July 2013.
