Accusing Capt. Amarinder Singh led Congress govt. of divesting Govt employees from their Constitutional 'Right to vote' , the Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday demanded from the State Election commission to ensure that the govt. employees must be given the opportunity to avail their right to vote in the Panchayat Election scheduled for 30th December.
