The Punjab police today withdrew case against Bibi Sukhpreet Kaur, daughter in law of Baba Balwinder Singh, and 3 others. They were arrested after a clash took place between Nihang Singhs and Patiala cops on Sunday at Sabzi Mandi Patiala.
