Chandigarh/ Punjab (July 08, 2014): Dal Khalsa has said that by exercising their right, the Sikhs of Haryana has sought separate Gurdwara body from their state government.
The SGPC needs to look within to see why its constituents now seek to break away. The political parties that seek to replace the SGPC would be well advised to be careful in their approach. In the matter of religion it is best if the adherents are allowed to sort out the issues themselves. It is for the Sikhs to decide who should administer their gurdwaras and how.
Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee – HSGPC (ad hoc) leaders today organized a convention titled as “Haryana Sikh Samelan” at Kithal. Haryana CM Bhopinder Singh Hooda also participated in the gathering and made an announcement regarding formation of HSGPC.
