Ontario, Canada (September 16, 2013): It is generally believed it's unlikely to be mere coincidence, Minister of Employment, Social Development & Multiculturalism Jason Kenney has changed his Twitter photo to one of him wearing a headcover/headscarf with “Khanda”, a Sikh symbol.
