Various Sikh organizations of England have decided to raise the issue of extra-judicial killings of Sikhs in Punjab before the United Nations. The decision came in wake of 'admission' to such killings by a former Indian Army officer.
Acting Jathedars appointed during village Chabba Panthic gathering of November 10, 2015 have announced to "excommunicate" former Punjab police chief KPS Gill and former Indian Army officer Kuldeep Brar.
In a detailed video interview with journalist Kanwar Sandhu, former Punjab cop Gurmeet Pinky disclosed the details of elimination of Bhai Balwinder Singh Jatana's family. Gurmeet Pinky said that Sumedh Saini was SSP of Chandigarh at that time and he (Gurmeet Pinky) used to spend most of his time in Chandigarh even though he was still officially posted in Ludhiana.
Amritsar (November 6, 2013): Former Punjab director general of police KPS Gill who has been largely considered responsible for committing mass level atrocities on the civilian Sikh population of Punjab has now started commenting on the Sikh issues. Recently he reportedly told media that the Martyrs’ memorial in the memory of the martyrs of June 1984 was “just another excuse to generate funds”.
Amritsar, Punjab (November 2, 2013): In a strong reaction to the reported clean chit by former DGP Punjab KPS Gill to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on his involvement in the anti-Muslim carnage of 2002, Dal Khalsa denounced the sympathetic tone of KPS Gill as the “devil quoting scriptures”.
Chandigarh/ Punjab (November 1, 2013): Named as “butcher of Punjab” by many human rights organization, Punjab police former Punjab police chief KPS Gill has blamed former Prime Minister Office (PMO) to ‘wrongly advise’ Indira Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India, that attack on Darbar Sahib was the ‘only option’ to ‘control the situation’. In his statement he has attempted to absolve Indira Gandhi from liability of the attack that had led to her assassination on October 31, 2013.
Amritsar (July 11, 2013): All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) has declared to initiate criminal proceedings against former Punjab DGP KPS Gill and Sub Inspector (SI) Surjit Singh for killing innocent Sikhs in “fake encounters” during 1990s.
London, United Kingdom (July 02, 2013): In a recent press release, the United Khalsa Dal (UKD), a UK based Sikh body, has demanded arrest of former Punjab police chief KPS Gill.
Chandigarh/ Punjab (April 09, 2013): It is learnt that the Punjab University Chandigarh's alumni association invited former director general of police (DGP) KPS Gill, on April 08, 2013 to deliver a lecture on on 'Terrorism in Punjab: Historian's dilemma'.

All the three motions, concerning the Sikhs, were put forward by Iqbal Singh of the “Panjabi Human Rights Internet” in association with Kesri Lehar.
Geneva (March 10, 2010): Interfaith International, an NGO with consultative status with the Economics and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSO), has accredited 17 Indian citizens to represent India at the 13th Session of Human Rights Council in Geneva this month.
