The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) president Manjit Singh GK and general secretary Manjinder Sirsa met Sikh Political prisoner Prof. Devender Pal Singh Bhullar at psychiatry ward of Guru Nanak Hospital. DSGMC officials also held a meeting with Bibi Navnit Kaur Bhullar, wife of Prof. Bhullar.

Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee (DSGMC) general secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa was caught into controversy when he addressed Namdhari sect chief Uday Singh as "Satguru" during Delhi Fateh Divas celebrations by DSGMC. Manjinder Singh Sirsa was inviting dignitaries on the stage when he invited Namdhari sect chief as "Satguru" in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib and Jathedars of various Sikh Takhts on March 21.
