There are reports in media that Jail Department has opined that Prof. Devender Pal Singh Bhullar who was transferred to Central Jail (Amritsar) few days back, should not be granted parole at this stage. As per reports Jail Department has opined that granting parole of Prof. Bhulllar might cause a “law and order problem in the state”.
