A Portugal court has reportedly dismissed a criminal complaint moved by Sikh activist Paramjit Singh Pamma against Punjab police officers for alleged human rights abuses.
After failing to secure extradition of UK based Sikh activist Paramjit Singh Pamma from Portugal, the Punjab police is reportedly gearing up for seeking his extradition from the British authorities.
The Prosecutor General of Portugal has launched the investigation of the torture charges against DIG Balkar Singh Sidhu, SP Ashish Kapoor and DSP Rajinder Singh Sohal who recently visited Portugal to submit extradition documents against Paramjeet Singh Pamma.
