A court of Metropolitan Magistrate of Delhi today convicted Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee (DSGMC) President Majit Singh GK and eight others for holding protests against acquittal of Sikh genocide accused Sajjan Kumar earlier this years.

Massive Rally in Delhi condemns state terrorism of 1984; Marks 30 years of Sikh Genocide 1984

New Delhi, India (Nov. 01): On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Sikh genocide of 1984, a massive rally and public meeting took place in Delhi on November 01, 2014. The rally was organized by Lok Raj Sangathan along with several other organisations. Hundreds of people marched from Mandi House to Jantar Mantar demanding that the guilty of 1984 must be punished and calling on the people to unite to end state terrorism.

Hindu person files PIL in Delhi High Court against helmet exemption to Sikh women

Sikh attacked with acid in Delhi; Hairs cut forcibly, auto-rickshaw burnt

New Delhi: A Sikh was yesterday admitted to trauma section of Safdarjang Hospital in Delhi after an acid by three persons. Ranjit Singh, 60, an auto-rickshaw driver was beaten up by three persons, reportedly of Hindu community, over some issue. The attackers also cut his hairs and attacked him with acid.

The could held that the CBI has a "very, very weak case" as it has failed to prove accused's presence on the spot of crime.
