On World Human Rights Day – Sikh groups urged U.N. to investigate November 1984 killings of Sikhs

New Delhi, India (December 10, 2013): On World Human Rights Day, Sikh groups submitted a Memorandum to Ms. Lisa Grande, UN Resident Coordinator-India, urging her to report to the Human Rights Council about Congress party’s ongoing practice of protecting and rewarding its leaders who lead death squads in 1984.
