UAPA Cases In Punjab: Advo. Jaspal Singh Manjhpur Sharing Facts & Some Cases

Chandigarh: A discussion on “Human Rights and Special Laws” at Kisan Bhawan, Chandigarh was held on December 9, 2017. This event was dedicated to Human Rights Day which is observed annually to mark anniversary of adoption of Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Various lawyers, human rights activists and victims of misuse of UAPA took part in this discussion which was focussed on use of UAPA in Punjab.

In this video recording Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur is sharing  facts and some while narrating the ordeal of the victims that harassed and are falsely implicated under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) cases in Punjab by the government.
