Patiala, Punjab (October 21, 2013): Bibi Kamaldeep Kaur, sister of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana, recently released a letter of Bhai Rajoana during a press conference that she would be contesting Indian Parliamentary elections from Patiala as his ‘representative’ from Patiala constituency. A video (apparently an edited version) of the press conference has appeared on video sharing website YouTube.
