London, (July 27, 2012): The London Olympic Games 2012 opening cerimony is scheduled to be held few hours after the publication of this news. Sikhs have a good news in this regard that London Committee for Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) has ordered security guards not to stop Sikhs carrying religious sword named Kirpan from entry.

Chandigarh (July 27, 2012): A day after Justice Garg’s visit to village Hondh-Chillar, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) demanded a three member inquiry commission comprising of High Court Justices to thoroughly investigate the November 1984 genocidal attacks on the Sikh population throughout the Sate of Haryana.

As per recent reports a United States Process Server (USPS) has affirmed through an affidavit before US Federal Court that the delivery of summons and complaint to the Central Authority of India was completed. It is notable that USPS is responsible for service of summons abroad pursuant to "Hague Service Convention".
