Amritsar, Punjab (April 26, 2013): As per information available with Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) the construction of Saka June 1984 memorial is over and a function shall be held on April 27, 2013 to inaugurate the memorial.
Switzerland, Europe (April 27, 2013): Sikh diaspora in Europe has urged the United Nations to send a 'fact finding' mission to India to investigate into the case of Professor Devender Pal Singh Bhullar, currently on death row, and pressurize Indian government to suspend his suspected execution. Besides this a call has been made to boycott Air India flights in protest against Indian government for their decision to hang Prof. Bhullar besides worldwide protest.

The movie is based on the events of post-1984 to mid-1990s in Punjab. It tells the untold story of police atrocities suffered by the people of Punjab during 1980s-90s.

New Delhi, India (April 26, 2013): According to recent information available with Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) the screening of Sadda Haq Punjabi movie is over in the Supreme Court of India and the decision of the apax court of India regarding a petition against ban imposed by some of the state governments in India against the screening of the movie in cinema halls.
