Amritsar, Punjab (February 21, 2014): Days after Badal Dal president and Punjab Deputy CM Sukhbir Badal alleged that Advocate HS Phoolka, who has been announced as Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate from Ludhiana, had charged heavy fees for fighting cases of victims of November 1984 ant-Sikh pogrom, Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee has maintained that it paid Rs. 42 Lakhs to a panel of 5 layers on the recommendations of Advocate HS Phoolka.
