New Delhi, India (March 15, 2014): As per information extended by Sikh Organization of Prisoners' Welfare (SOPW) Bhai Baljeet Singh Bhau has been granted permanent bail.

New York (March 14, 2014): A US Court is scheduled to hear 1984 Sikh rights violation case against Congress (I) on March 19. Federal Judge Robert W. Sweet will hear the arguments of the Congress (I) and “Sikhs For Justice” (SFJ) regarding US Court’s extra-territorial jurisdiction to conduct the trial against India’s ruling party for their role in genocidal attacks on during November 1984.

Amritsar, Punjab (March 15, 2014): As per information a Sikh delegation led by activist Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa met Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh on March 14, 2014. The delegation that comprised 20-member delegation including some Sikhs from Canada, urged Giani Gurbachan Singh to keep his promise regarding the permanent release of Sikh political prisoners who are being kept in prisons beyond the terms of their sentences.

Khadoor Sahib, Punjab (March 15, 2014): Taking a strong exception to Congress candidate from Khadoor Sahib parliament constituency, Harminder Singh Gill's alleged defence of Congress (I) on November 1984 massacre of Sikhs, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF- Peer Mohammad) has announced to issue a "White Paper" on Harminder Gill's past and the continuous practice of impunity extended by Sonia Gandhi to those who orchestrated violence against Sikhs after the assassination of Indira Gandhi.
