A number of international Kashmiri scholars have requested immediate intervention of the United Nations (UN) in the Kashmir crisis. Kashmir Scholars Consultative and Action Network (KSCAN) has written a letter addressed to Secretary-General of the United Nations Mr. António Guterres.
