Confusion Looms Around Bhai Hawara’s Letter: Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara has not Resigned as Jathedar: M P Singh

Chandigarh: Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar (Mann) leader M P Singh has said that Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara has not resigned as Jathedar of Akal Takht Sahib. On being asked about a letter of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara that went viral on social media yesterday M P Singh said he could at this juncture say that Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara has not resigned from the post of Jathedar and he is also extended his assent for holding December [08] gathering at Talwandi Sabo.

SAD (A) leader said that he was not aware about any such letter as he was away from Punjab. On being informed about the contents of this letter he said that he could talk to anyone authenticating the contents of the letter on any media platform. He maintained that there were no differences between Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara and the organizers of December [08] gathering at Talwandi Sabo- including Bhai Dhian Singh Mand, Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala and Bhai Baljeet Singh Daduwal.

Earlier, talking to the Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) Akhand Kirtani Jatha (AKJ) leader R. P. Singh had said that the copy of letter of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara which went viral over social media was authentic.
