Jammu Sikh Bodies Extend Support to Insaaf Morcha at Bargari

Jammu: A Joint Press Conference of Sikh Organizations of Jammu and Kashmir called on Thursday (June 14) under the banner of District Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee Jammu, Shiromani Akali Dal Badal J&K, Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar J&K, Sikh Student Federation International, Sikh Intellectual Circle Jammu, All India Sikh Student Federation.
Jammu Sikh Bodies Extend Support to Insaaf Morcha at Bargari
While addressing the Press Conference, the Sikh Leaders stood in the support of Insaaf Morcha which is going on in Bargadi (near Kotakpura), Punjab seeking action against culprits of beadbi of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in Bargadi.
All the organizations unanimously appreciated the genuine demands of Khalsa Panth i.e.
(i) Arrest of culprits behind the beadbi at Bargari.
(ii) Investigation of Punjab Police firing at Behbal Kalan over peaceful protest of Sikh sangat against Bargadi incident
(iii) Release of Sikhs behind the bars have undergone minimum mandatory period of their sentence and transfer others in Punjab jails.
Those who were present in the press conference includes S. Jagjit Singh President DGPC Jammu, Kuldeep Singh Vice President DGPC Jammu, Avtar Singh Khalsa General Secretary DGPC, Mohinder Singh Joint Secretary DGPC, Manmohan Singh Cashier DGPC, Mohinder Singh Member DGPC & President Shiromani Akali Dal Badal J&K and all other DGPC Members, Bhai Gurdev Singh President Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar, S. Balwant Singh, Bhai Ram Singh, Narinder Singh Khalsa, Surjit Singh, Ajeet Singh, Harmanan Singh, Mankamal Singh.
