Ludhiana (March 31, 2013): It is learnt that Justice M. B. Shah, head of three judges constitutional bench of Supreme Court of India that heard the appeal of Prof. Devinderpal Singh Bhullar against death sentence, had acquitted Prof. Bhullar in his separate Judgement on March 22, 2002.
