Chandigarh: Sikh leader Bhai Daljit Singh has issued a message on 34th Khalistan Declaration Day. It is notable that a Sarbat Khalsa 1986 appointed Panthic Committee had issued “Declaration of Khalistan” on April 29, 1986.
