As per information available with the Sikh Siyasat News (SSN), a trial court in Chandigarh today acquitted Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara and Paramjit Singh Bheora were convicted by a trial court in burial jailbreak case but 13 other persons against whom trial was held were acquitted.

Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana is currently lodged in Burail Jail and is sentenced to Death by Court of sessions subject to confirmation of High Court in CM Beant Singh assassination case.
