The World Sikh Organization of Canada (WSO) has strongly condemned Indian High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik for making "scandalous" allegations against Canadian law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The WSO is urging the Canadian government to summon the envoy and demand a retraction.
