London, UK: The Court of Appeal has reportedly turned down a sentencing application from four Sikhs who were convicted of attacking former Indian Army officer Kuldip Brar. Lieutenant-General Kuldeep Singh Brar, 78, was attacked as he walked with his wife in central London in 2012.

London, UK (October 08, 2012): According to information shared by the "Sikh Channel", a UK based Sikh TV channel, a further arrest has been made by officers investigating the attack on former Lieutenant-General of Indian Army named Kuldip Brar, who had led controversial armed attack on Sikh Gurudwaras in June 1984.
The two have been identified as 33 y ears old Barjinder Singh Sangha of Wolverhampton and 34 year old Mandeep Singh Sandhu of Great Barr, Birmingham.

Kuldip Brar had led attack on Sikh shrines, including the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple of Amritsar), in June 1984. The attack has resulted in massive causalities as the attack was conducted on a specific day when there was huge gatherings in Sikh shrines.
London/Punjab (October 10, 2012): According to media reports the police in United Kingom has arrested 12 persons, including 2 women, in furtherance of their investigations into incident of attack on former Indian army officer Kuldip Brar outside a hotel in London last Sunday. Kuldip Brar had led armed invasion of various Sikh Gurudwaras in June 1984, including Sri Darbar Sahib in Amritsar. Thousands, mostly innocent pilgrims were killed in this attack and Indian army used Tanks to destroy the building of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib, eternal symbol of Sikh sovereignty.
