New Delhi (July 02, 2012): As per reprots a Delhi court on Sunday (July 01, 2012) dismissed Congress leader Sajjan Kumar's plea to use in his defence a 1984 Sikh massacres victim's statements to a judicial commissions, allegedly contradicting her testimony to trial court. The witness' statements to judicial commissions cannot be used for any purpose, including that for discrediting her or to impeach her, District Judge J. R. Aryan is reported to have said.

London, England (July 01, 2012): As per inforamtion available with Sikh Siyasat, LIBERATION, a United Kingdom (UK) based and United Nations (UN) affiliated Human Rights Group held its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 30th June in London. All the three motions, concerning the Sikhs, were put forward by Iqbal Singh of the “Panjabi Human Rights Internet” in association with Kesri Lehar.
London, England (July 01, 2012): As per inforamtion available with Sikh Siyasat, LIBERATION, a United Kingdom (UK) based and United Nations (UN) affiliated Human Rights Group held its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 30th June in London. All the three motions, concerning the Sikhs, were put forward by Iqbal Singh of the “Panjabi Human Rights Internet” in association with Kesri Lehar.
Hissar (July 02, 2012): A delegation of survivors of Hondh, Pataudi and Gurgaon headed by Karnail Singh Peermohammad President of All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF - Peermohammad), appeared before Garg Commission to present the evidence related to November 1984 genocidal attacks on Sikh population. Survivors, AISSF and Sikh for Justice (SFJ) demanded that Justice Garg should visit the ruins of genocidal sites at Hondh, Pataudi and Gurgaon. The delegation also demanded that Commission should take action on FIR No. 91 dated November 03, 1984 and issue arrest warrant of persons named in that FIR.
