DSGMC on Tuesday said that the Meghalaya High Court has stayed the process of relocating the Sikh families residing the Punjabi lane area of Shillong.
The “Wall of Truth” – the memorial having names of victims of the massacre of Sikhs in November 1984 – at Gurudwara Rakab Ganj near Indian Parliament will now become a memorial for all the Sikhs killed in hate crimes across the globe.
According to a press release issued by Punjab CMO, state chief minister Capt. Amarinder Singh yesterday rejected Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar’s suggestion to setup a joint planning board for Tricity i.e. Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
