Amritsar Hindu Leaders’ Killing was result of Personal Rivalry, says IG

Amritsar: Inspector General of Police (IG) Kunwar Vijay Partarp has reportedly said that the killing of Hindu Sangharsh Sena’s local leader Vipan Kumar was result of personal rivalry.

As quoted by Daily Ajit newspaper, Kunwar Vijay Partarp said that the police have identified the assailants and full disclosure in this regard will be made in a press conference to be held soon.
He reportedly said that the the killing was neither connected with alleged militancy nor it was a handiwork of gangsters.
It may be recalled that Vipan Kumar was shot dead on October 30.
