Kanwarjit Singh Sidhu’s book “Akali Siyasat” presents a comprehensive account of 100 years of Sikh political history, tracing the evolution of the Shiromani Akali Dal through historical dates, facts, and documents.

Journalist Mandeep Singh spoke with Kanwarjit Singh Sidhu about his book, discussing key historical events — both before and after the 1947 Partition — that shaped the destinies of Punjab, the Sikhs, India, and Pakistan.
