In current times of global and regional instability, it is crucial for the Sikhs to establish internal processes and platforms for discussion. The Subaad Sabha, held during Holla Mohalla, has emerged as one such platform. Drawing inspiration from the Sikh historical tradition of engaging in internal dialogue during specific annual gatherings, the Subaad Sabha has been organized by the Panth Sewak Jatha Doaba for the past several years.
