Moga Court Fixes 4 February as Next Date of Hearing in case Against Jagtar Singh Johal

Moga, Punjab: The District and Sessions Court of Moga on January 21 fixed February 4 as the next of hearing for prosecution evidences in a case against British citizen Jagtar Singh Johal. This case was initially registered against Tarlok Singh and later one Jagjit Singh Jammu was booked in this case. The case was registered under FIR No. 193/2016 at police station Baghapurana.

Taljeet Singh Jimmy was arrested by the police in this case from IGI Airport in Delhi on his arrival from England on October 31, 2017. Jagtar Singh Jaggi was arrested from Jalandhar on November 4.

The police then arrested Ramandeep Singh Bagga and Hardeep Singh Shera in this case. Dharminder Singh Gugni and Anil Kumar were also booked in this case registered under Arms Act and Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
