Chandigarh: It is learnt that two out five recently arrested persons where presented by the police before a local court in Baghapurana. Ramandeep Singh and Jimmy Singh (Taljit Singh) were presented before the court of Judicial Magistrate Pushpinder Singh in FIR. No. 193/16 (Police Station Baghapurana) as their police remand expired today.
Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, who appeared for Ramandeep Singh told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) said that the police remand of Ramandeep Singh for three more days. He will be reproduced before the court on November 15.
Jimmy Singh, who was arrested by police from IGI Airport New Delhi on October 31, was sent to 14 days judicial custody till November 27. Advocate Mandeep Channan appeared for Jimmy Singh.
