Chandigarh: Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s sister Prakash Kaur’s daughter Gurjit Kaur Dhathh and former Skipper of Indian Hockey Team and Ex-IPS Officer Surinder Singh Sodhi yesterday joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the presence of AAP’s Central Spokesman Sanjay Singh and State Convenor Sucha Singh Chhotepur.

Head of the Legal Cell of AAP, Himmat Singh Shergil, Party’s Spokesman Sukhpal Khaira, Member of the Central Executive, Yamini Gaumer and Industry & Trade Wing’s Head Aman Arora and General Secretary Surinder Singh Rajpura and Head of the Farmers’ Wing Karanvir Singh Tiwana were also present on the occasion.

While welcoming newbies in the party fold, Sanjay Singh and Sucha Singh Chhotepur claimed that AAP  is strengthening day by day in Punjab and with joining of the Gurjit Kaur Dhathh and her husband Harbhajan Singh Dhathh along with Surinder Singh Sodhi, party would get more strength in the state.
