New Delhi, India (February 19, 2014): As per information Congress leader and an accused in cases relating to 1984 Sikh massacre, Jagdish Tytler has been summoned by Patiala House Court in a criminal case of defamation filed by Supreme Court Lawyer Harvinder Singh Phoolka, who recently joined Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

But the High Court has reportedly issued notice to CBI and the complainant to file on a plea moved by Jagdish Tytler against the orders of lower court.
