A division bench of the Delhi High Court has earlier today granted bail to British national Jagtar Singh Johal in the remaining cases registered against him under India’s controversial Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Jagtar Singh Jaggi Johal has been granted bail in all seven remaining cases. Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur told Sikh Siyasat News that his release is expected after the required bail bonds and legal formalities are completed.
