After 23 Years Ghaziabad Court Frames Charges Against Prof Davinderpal Singh Bhullar

Chandigarh: It is learned that the Ghaziabad court has framed fresh charges against Sikh Political Prisoner Prof Davinderpal Singh Bhullar in a 23 year old case.

Prof Davinder Singh Bhullar’s counsel Advocate Jaspal Singh Majhpur while talking to Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) said that “the court of additional session Judge Vandana Singh framed charges against Prof Bhullar in the case dated 19-04-1994 under section 364 A, 365 of IPC bearing the FIR No 219 (Police Station Kavi Nagar)”.
The next date of hearing has been set for 25th November 2017, he said. Notably, Prof Davinderpal Singh Bhullar is on bail in this case since 2001.
